Down payments and refunds

Down payments are non-refundable. Store credit only will be issued.

Comfort exchanges

• Comfort exchanges are only available when a mattress protector is purchased at the time of sale.
• Comfort exchanges apply to new mattresses only. Requests may be made after 30 days and no later than 120 days from the original purchase date.
• All comfort exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original mattress price, plus any price difference between the original mattress and the replacement mattress.
• We do not accept comfort exchanges from homes where smoking occurs indoors, including cigarettes or marijuana, as this affects our ability to resell the mattress and minimize our loss.
• We reserve the right to deny any comfort exchange for any reason. No exceptions.
• No cash refunds will be given on exchanges. Store credit only.

Warranty information

Manufacturer warranties will be voided if:

• The mattress has any stains or rips.
• The mattress is not used on a proper foundation.
• The law tag has been removed.
